Ingredients

• 1 whole broccoli, cut into florets


• 1 tablespoon coconut oil


• 1 red chili pepper, finely chopped


• 50g of sliced and toasted almonds


• 1 teaspoon lemon juice


• Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1: Blanch the broccoli: Boil the broccoli florets in salted water for 3-5 minutes until shiny and al dente. Drain well.


Step 2: Sauté: In a skillet, heat the coconut oil and sauté the chopped chili until caramelized. Add the broccoli and sauté briefly to blend the flavors.


Step 3: Mix and serve: Remove from heat, stir in almonds, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
